Want to know more about a marine mammal? Below are links to articles and pictures by D.C., as well as items submitted by students. Each species is also linked to another site that has information about that animal. Some even have web cams, so you can see the species live in action. Thank you ACS, CMS & NMFS for providing most of the information on the cetacean species links and SCS for most information on the pinniped links.

See a species that we do not have our own article for, yet? You can write something for us. We accept and publish almost any report written by students at any level of education. Original photos and drawings are also appreciated. Papers have been graded by teachers and professors and are not checked for accuracy by D.C. personnel.

*Sometimes common names will differ, so be sure to look at the scientific names.
